Great product but the extended delivery delay (beyond what preorder was estimating) was disappointing.
I wish I started these years ago but I’m so looking forward to filling them out for the kids now and keeping going through out the years

I ordered 2 books and I love them.
I feel it's a bit heavy (due to the quality of papers used).
Splitting the books to 2 parts (Y1-Y6 & Y7-Y12) might make it easier to manage once the photos etc are filled in.

This is a wonderful way to have everyone in one place. Beautiful albums with space to write reflections and photos. Also a pocket for student of the week and anything else to add. I do wonder if after the 12 years it will be too full and heavy but aside from that it's great. No more year school photos in boxes bur rather in a neat and orgnanized place.

I placed my order in September 2025 and waited until December 2025 for it to arrive, only to find that several items were missing. After such an unreasonable delay, this was completely unacceptable.
What makes this experience even more frustrating is that Vanda Baby was quick to email me asking for product reviews before I had even received my order. Yet when it came to actually resolving missing items and delivery issues, customer service was nonexistent.
Contacting Sarah resulted in responses taking up to two weeks, if they came at all, and none of my concerns were ever resolved. There is a complete lack of accountability and care for customers.
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. I would strongly advise others to avoid Vanda Baby entirely.
I honestly wasn’t expecting it to be anything crazy.. but these books are SUCH gorgeous quality, packaged really well. I’m extremely impressed! Communication was top tier too
Worth every cent. For a small business I don’t know how you make a profit. The paper you use is the best it’s not cheap and every page is very well thought of. They will definitely last a very long time. I’m sure a lot of time, effort, passion and love have gone into creating these. Thank you we love them 🫶
I love how easy these journals are to fill in, it feels super special without being a huge task to complete. Takes the mental load out of capturing memories. Design is beautiful too & easy to store.

I ordered 3 premium school journals . They’re great quality but very thick and heavy. I wished the cover is covered in plastic sleeve to protect from wear/tear in the future. It took 2 months for the journals to be delivered and a lot of uncertainty regarding the availability of the journals. The staff responding to emails was fantastic and responsive. However, the business owner was very slow at responding to queries.
I am absolutely wowed over the quality and how just perfect these books are! A family member also commented how much thought and dedication has gone into the books and was just as wowed! Thanks guys
I purchased the tell me your story mum and dad for my brother in laws parents to fill out.
They were too overwhelmed with doing this task.
They didn’t realise how much they would need to write, I have reached out twice to Vanda baby for options with zero reply.
Very disappointed
The quality of these books are amazing. I am looking forward to using them to capture all my children's school years.
